Dear Broomfield Women Democrats, I know many of you were directly involved with Dianne Primavera's campaign for State Representative from House District 33, and I want to congratulate you for all the work you did to help Dianne achieve this amazing victory.
I believe that Broomfield Women Democrats, and indeed all Democrats in Broomfield, are just beginning to realize our potential and power in helping the citizens of Broomfield to understand that Democrats are their friends and neighbors and people who have great ideas and should be listened to. The fun is just beginning (once we all get over our fatigue from campaigning), and I can't wait to have Dianne at a future meeting of the Broomfield Women Democrats to let us in on what it is really like to make laws down at the Capitol! We have our very own Democratic State Representative from Broomfield for the first time, but surely not the last. Thank you for all your hard work - walking, calling, waving, driving, and on and on. Without our belief in the Democratic Party, in Dianne Primavera, and in the support we could give her, this tremendous victory would not have been possible. Stay tuned for our next event.
